Terms and Conditions

You must accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in order to become a Volkswagen Plus member.

1. Your personal information is being collected so that we can administer your membership and send you communications regarding your vehicle, Volkswagen Plus benefits, activities, promotions and other news from Volkswagen Group Canada and Volkswagen Finance. By registering, you hereby consent to the collection and use (as described) of your personal information.
2. You may cancel your membership at any time by accessing your account settings on Volkswagen Plus or by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears in every one of our e-mails. Please allow 10 business days for your cancellation to take effect.
3. The Volkswagen Magazine is sent only to customers who have purchased a new Volkswagen or a Certified Pre-owned Volkswagen within the last four years.
4. Volkswagen Canada’s Privacy Policy and Website Usage Agreement form a part of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Volkswagen Canada reserves the right to cancel the Volkswagen Plus program at any time, for any reason.
